Longtime friends and collaborators Supreme and Vans have reconnected to release an explicit pair of skate shoes that sees the brands return to their anarchistic roots for the latter stages of Supreme’s SS24 campaign.

The model in question is Vans’ SID - a shoe that first released in 1995 as an answer to the “professional” advancements in competitive skateboarding that ushered in the padded alternative to well established Vans designs such as the Slip-On and Old Skool.

For its latest collaboration with one of the winningest names in skateboarding, Supreme is drawing on two of its previous projects with Vans, calling back to 2014’s infamous “Fuck Em!” pack that saw Supreme spread its vulgar slogan over Vans’ Sk8 Hi and Era models, while revisiting the same SID silhouette that featured in Supreme’s 2019 collaboration with the Californian skate magnate.

The upcoming release encompasses a trio of core suede colourways that all feature Supreme’s “Fuck Em!” badge on the lateral side with tonal, eponymous branding stitched on the tongue and heel.

The Supreme x Vans SID “Fuck Em!” pack will be available this Thursday at 11:00 am EST via Supreme’s online and physical locations. Stay tuned for the full week 18 droplist.
